2 years worth of tax returns as well as current pay stubs

2 months worth of bank statements, investment account statements, and retirement account statements

Credit card, personal loan, and auto loan account info

Mortgage account, home insurance policy, and home equity account information

Profit and loss statements or 1099 forms

2 years of residence history

List of assets

Make and model of vehicle you own as well as the resale value of it

Copy of sales contract, once ratified
