Here’s everything you need to know about the Wellesley Kitchen and Home Tour:

When is it?

The Wellesley Kitchen and Home Tour will take place Saturday, May 6th, 2017. Doors will be opened between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.

What is it?

This is the 17th annual Wellesley Kitchen and Home Tour. It is an opportunity for you to explore some of the most beautifully built homes in Wellesley, including historical sites and new, custom-built homes.

This year, there are six custom homes available for viewing. During the tour, you will get a taste of what it’s like to live in Wellesley. Become acquainted with the town’s neighborhoods, meet some of the the homeowners, and talk home design with the local building and design experts.

Making plans to build your own custom home or renovate your current home? The Wellesley Kitchen and Home Tour is the chance for you to check out the latest trends in custom-built homes and to get inspiration for your next home renovation.

What and who will you see there?

During the tour, you will get an inside-look at the first floor of each custom home.

This is your chance to evaluate the design quality and craftsmanship of the local home builders. During the tour (which will include gourmet bites from Wellesley’s local caterers), don’t forget to mingle with the building experts and ask them all of your questions about custom-built homes.

This year, Brendon Properties is honored to be a part of the Wellesley Kitchen and Home tour. The Brendon Properties home on display is at 10 Essex Road, a custom, shingle-style home designed and built by Brendon Giblin.

Reserve your tickets online for $45 here. (Or, you can purchase tickets at the door for $55.) All proceeds will go to community grants and local scholarships.
