An exciting new chapter is beginning in Grafton with the groundbreaking of The Griffin at Grafton Commons, located at 27 Upton Street in Grafton, Massachusetts.
The official groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. Hosted by Upton Property Owner LLC in partnership with the Affordable Housing Trust, the event marks an important milestone as The Griffin moves from vision to reality.

The Griffin is being thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming place where residents can relax, connect, and enjoy their surroundings. A variety of indoor and outdoor spaces will provide opportunities to gather with neighbors, unwind, and enjoy everyday life at home.

Planned amenities at The Griffin include a clubhouse lounge and billiards area, dog park, outdoor seating area, flexible-use lawn, bocce court, passive amenity space, and shared indoor spaces with fireside seating.
